2. Precautions
2.1 Usage Conditions
- This product is only for use by persons over 18 years of age in accordance with the provisions of this manual;
- This product is positioned as a scientific research and teaching humanoid robot. Please do not use it in scenarios beyond the scope specified in this manual;
- Please note that users with limited sensory and cognitive abilities or lack of experience are prohibited from using this product independently without the assistance of professionals (personnel who have participated in delivery training organized by the Company) and are familiar with this user manual;
- If this product needs repair, please contact the official after-sales service. Users or third-party organizations are prohibited from disassembling or repairing it on their own. If the user or a third-party organization disassembles or repairs it on their own, affecting the Company's ability to provide after-sales maintenance for the product, the user shall be responsible for it, and the Company will no longer assume the corresponding after-sales responsibility.
2.2 Operation Safety
- Please use all parts and accessories of the robot correctly. Private modification and disassembly are prohibited;
- Do not bring fingers, hair, or clothing close to robot joints, gaps, and moving parts to prevent pinching or entanglement;
- Do not touch the motor surface during operation to prevent burns;
- Do not cover sensor areas (torso, head, etc.) to avoid affecting perception and control;
- Avoid using the robot in harsh environments such as humidity, high temperature, and strong magnetism. The normal operating temperature is 0-30°C, and the humidity is below 75% RH;
- It is prohibited to carry or transport the robot when it is powered on or the battery has not entered sleep mode;
- When the robot is executing actions, personnel must keep a distance and avoid entering the movement range of the robot's arms and legs to prevent collision injuries;
- When moving the robot, use a special transfer machine. It is strictly prohibited to carry or drag it by hand alone;
- In case of abnormal situations such as loss of control of robot movement, immediately press the "C" key on the remote control to make all joints of the robot stiff and stop, and take protective measures as soon as possible;
- If operations such as remote stop cannot take effect in time, quickly press the emergency stop button on the back of the robot to cut off the power to ensure safety.
2.3 Special Operation Warnings
Without the support of a protective bracket, be cautious when performing the following operations, otherwise the robot may fall and be damaged:
- Press the "A" key in running mode to make the robot stand;
- Press the "D" key on the remote control to return to zero;
- Toggle the remote control "E" down + press the "B" key to disable the joints (reinforcement learning motion control program); Toggle the remote control "E" down + "F" down to disable the joints (traditional algorithm motion control program);
- Press the emergency stop button;
In addition:
- Before long-term standby, please use a protective bracket to fix the robot to avoid falling due to automatic shutdown when the battery is low;
- When the battery is too low, please stop and turn off the robot in time to prevent falling and damage.
- When the robot is standing, walking, or running normally, do not push the robot from the side.
