2.2 Operational Safety
- Use all robot components and accessories properly. Unauthorized modification or disassembly is strictly prohibited.
- Do not place fingers, hair, or clothing near the robot’s joints, gaps, or moving parts to avoid pinching or entanglement.
- Do not touch the motor surfaces while the robot is running to prevent burns.
- Do not cover sensor areas (such as the torso and head), so as not to affect perception and control.
- Avoid operating the robot in harsh environments such as high humidity, high temperature, or strong magnetic fields. The normal operating temperature is 0–30 ℃, with humidity below 75% RH.
- It is prohibited to carry or transport the robot while it is powered on or when the battery has not entered sleep mode.
- While the robot is performing motions, personnel shall keep a safe distance and avoid entering the motion range of the robot’s arms and legs to prevent collision or injury.
- When moving the robot, a dedicated transfer device shall be used. It is strictly forbidden to move or drag the robot manually by a single person.
- In case of abnormal situations such as loss of control of the robot’s movement, immediately press the “C” button on the remote controller to make all joints enter a stiff stop state, and promptly take further protective measures.
- If the remote stop or other operations do not take effect in time, quickly press the emergency stop button on the back of the robot to cut off the power supply and ensure safety.
- It is not recommended to work while the robot is charging.
2.3 Special Operation Warnings
- Without the support of a protective stand, exercise caution when performing the following operations, as the robot may fall and be damaged:
- In running mode, long‑press the “A” button to make the robot stand up.
- Press the “D” button on the remote controller to return to the zero position.
- Push the “G” lever on the remote controller to the right and press the “C” button to disable the joints.
- Pressing button C on the remote control will freeze all the robot's joints, making it unable to maintain balance. If the robot is standing, external assistance is needed to prevent it from falling.
- Press the emergency stop button.
In addition:
- Before long‑term standby, secure the robot with a protective stand to prevent it from falling due to automatic shutdown at low battery level.
- When the battery is low, stop operation and power off the robot in a timely manner to avoid falling and damage.
- Do not push the robot from the side while it is standing, walking, or running normally.
