2. Precautions

2.1 Usage Conditions

  • This product is only for use by persons aged 18 and above in accordance with the provisions of this manual;

  • This product is designed as a humanoid robot for scientific research and educational purposes. Please do not use it beyond the scenarios specified in this manual;

  • Please note that this product is prohibited for independent use by users with limited sensory, cognitive abilities or lack of experience without professional assistance (staff who have received delivery training organized by the Company) and familiarity with this manual;

  • If this product requires repair, please contact the official after-sales service. It is forbidden for users or third-party organizations to disassemble or repair it themselves. If the user or third-party organization has disassembled or repaired, which affects the Company's after-sales service, the user is responsible, and the Company will no longer assume the corresponding after-sales responsibility.

2.2 Operation Safety

  • Please use each component and accessory of the robot correctly. It is forbidden to modify or disassemble it privately;

  • Do not keep fingers, hair, or clothing close to the robot's joints, crevices, and moving parts to prevent pinching or entanglement;

  • Do not touch the motor surface during operation to prevent burns;

  • Do not cover the sensor areas (torso, head, etc.) to avoid affecting perception and control;

  • Avoid using the robot in harsh environments such as moisture, high temperature, strong magnetic, normal working temperature is 0 ~ 30 ℃, humidity is below 75% RH;

  • It is forbidden to transport or move the robot while powered on or when the battery has not entered sleep mode;

  • While the robot is executing an action, personnel must keep their distance and avoid entering the movement range of the robot's arms and legs to prevent collision damage;

  • When moving the robot, use a dedicated lifting device. It is forbidden for a single person to manually move or drag it;

  • If the robot's movement is out of control, immediately press the "C" key on the remote control to make the robot's joints stiffen, and quickly take protective measures;

  • If the remote stop and other operations cannot take effect in time, quickly press the emergency stop button on the robot's back to cut off the power to ensure safety.

2.3 Special Operation Warnings

  • Without protective frame support, exercise caution when performing the following operations, otherwise the robot may fall and be damaged:

  • Long press "A" key in running mode to make the robot stand;

  • Press the remote control "D" key to zero;

  • Use remote control "G" - move the right joystick + press "C" key to disable joints;

  • Press the emergency stop button;

Furthermore:

  • Before long-term standby, please use a protective frame to fix the robot to avoid automatic shutdown due to low battery and cause the robot to fall;

  • When the battery is low, please stop and turn off the robot in time to prevent falling and damage.

  • Do not push the robot from the side while the robot is normally standing, walking, or running.
