11. After-sales Warranty

11.1 Warranty Policy

  • Products enjoy warranty service from the date of receipt. Warranty covers only performance faults not caused by misuse;

  • During warranty period, free repair or parts replacement is provided;

  • Main warranty periods:

  • If users self-modify, disassemble, repair (including removing shell, adding/removing hardware, flashing unofficial firmware), warranty coverage is automatically forfeited.

11.2 Non-warranty Terms

  • Warranty period exceeded;

  • Improper use or damage from not following manual instructions;

  • Damage from misoperation, dropping, water damage, collision, or any human or accidental factors;

  • Issues caused by unauthorized personnel disassembly, repair, or parts replacement.

11.3 Service Responsibility Terms

  • If loss occurs due to incorrect address or refused delivery, user is responsible;

  • If Company inspection confirms quality issues, testing, materials, and return shipping costs are covered;

  • If issues don't meet warranty conditions, user may choose:

    • Paid repair (includes labor, testing, materials, shipping, etc.);
    • Return original unit (return shipping at user's cost);
    • Robot repair may result in data loss. Back up data beforehand; any resulting loss is user's responsibility;
    • During repair, system operations and log access may occur. You authorize the Company access by default;
    • During warranty period, damaged parts replaced become Company property; replaced parts are user's property. After warranty, damaged parts are user's property;
    • The Company does not authorize third-party repair services. For after-sales needs, contact the Company directly.
