9. Daily Maintenance and Management

9.1 Daily Inspection

  • Check external shell for damage, deformation, or looseness;

  • Verify battery and connectors are secure;

  • Ensure all sensors are clean;

  • Check that motors run normally with no abnormal vibration or noise;

  • Verify all indicator lights are functioning;

  • Confirm remote control functions normally.

9.2 Transportation

  • Transport the robot in a custom air cargo case designed specifically for the robot and accessories.

  • Before moving the robot, completely power off and disconnect power. Confirm emergency stop button is in popped-out state;

  • Robot joints can pinch fingers and other body parts, or snag loose clothing and long hair. Exercise caution.

9.3 Cleaning

  • Before cleaning, completely power off, disconnect power, and confirm emergency stop button is popped out and no charger is connected;

  • Do not use spray cleaners, alcohol solutions, water guns, or other direct spray on robot;

  • Use soft dry cloth to wipe external shell and sensor areas, especially camera and other sensor locations.

9.4 Battery Maintenance

  • Avoid overcharge/overdischarge. Disconnect power immediately after use;

  • Do not leave charger connected for extended periods;

  • For long-term storage, maintain 50-70% charge. Recharge 30Ah main battery every 2-3 months; recharge 3Ah auxiliary battery regularly (maximum interval of 20 days in full charge state). Complete charging by connecting main battery and powering on for approximately 30 minutes. Regular charging prevents capacity degradation from deep discharge and extends battery lifespan;

  • If battery shows aging signs, swelling, or rapid capacity decline, contact technical support for replacement.

9.5 Storage Recommendations

  • Keep storage environment dry, ventilated, and dust-free. Recommended temperature: 0℃~30℃, humidity below 75% RH;

  • Avoid contact with corrosive gases, flammable materials, or strong electromagnetic sources. Do not expose to direct sunlight;

  • Store in the original transportation case when possible.
