10. Troubleshooting

  • When the product encounters abnormalities during operation, refer to the table below to resolve issues.

Robot cannot power on normallyBattery completely dischargedCheck if battery charge is normal
Robot unstable during standing/walkingIMU integration data requires balance calibrationPress remote "C" to stiffen robot; Raise protective frame to suspend robot; Press remote "D" to zero; Lower frame to ground and maintain vertical position for 1 minute to restore IMU balance data; Move remote "H" joystick to center and long press "A" to stand. Observe if balance restored. If not, repeat steps.
Robot zero position incorrectOriginal calibration data unexpectedly lost, or impact damage from running/transport caused offsetContact after-sales engineer for zero position calibration
