Before cleaning the robot, completely shut it down and disconnect power. Confirm that the emergency stop button is released and the charger is disconnected.
Do not use spray cleaners, alcohol‑based solvents, water jets, or similar methods directly on the robot.
Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the outer shell and sensor areas, especially around cameras and other sensitive components.
Avoid over‑charging and over‑discharging the battery. Disconnect power promptly after use.
Do not leave the charger connected for long periods.
For long‑term storage, keep the battery at 50%–70% charge. Charge the 30 Ah main battery every 2–3 months. Because the 3 Ah auxiliary battery has a smaller capacity, it must be charged more frequently (when full, the charging interval must not exceed 20 days). You can connect it to the main battery and power on the robot for about 30 minutes to charge it. Regular charging helps prevent deep discharge, slows capacity degradation, and extends battery life.
If signs of battery aging, swelling, or a sharp drop in endurance appear, contact technical support for replacement in a timely manner.
