11. Routine Maintenance and Management

Routine Inspection

  • Check whether the outer shell is damaged, deformed, or loose.
  • Check whether the battery and connectors are firmly secured.
  • Ensure all sensors are clean.
  • Verify that the motors operate normally and that there is no abnormal vibration or noise.
  • Check that all indicator lights display correctly.
  • Ensure the remote controller functions correctly.

Transport

  • The robot should be transported in the dedicated flight case designed specifically for the robot and its accessories.
  • Before moving the robot, completely shut it down and disconnect power; confirm that the emergency stop button is in the released (popped‑up) state.
  • Robot joints may pinch fingers or other body parts, or catch loose clothing and long hair. Exercise extra caution.

Cleaning

  • Before cleaning the robot, completely shut it down and disconnect power. Confirm that the emergency stop button is released and the charger is disconnected.
  • Do not use spray cleaners, alcohol‑based solvents, water jets, or similar methods directly on the robot.
  • Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the outer shell and sensor areas, especially around cameras and other sensitive components.

Battery Maintenance

  • Avoid over‑charging and over‑discharging the battery. Disconnect power promptly after use.
  • Do not leave the charger connected for long periods.
  • For long‑term storage, keep the battery at 50%–70% charge. Charge the 30 Ah main battery every 2–3 months. Because the 3 Ah auxiliary battery has a smaller capacity, it must be charged more frequently (when full, the charging interval must not exceed 20 days). You can connect it to the main battery and power on the robot for about 30 minutes to charge it. Regular charging helps prevent deep discharge, slows capacity degradation, and extends battery life.
  • If signs of battery aging, swelling, or a sharp drop in endurance appear, contact technical support for replacement in a timely manner.

Storage Recommendations

  • Store the robot in a dry, well‑ventilated, dust‑free environment. Recommended temperature: 0–30 ℃; relative humidity: ≤ 75% RH.
  • Keep the robot away from corrosive gases, flammable materials, strong electromagnetic sources, and direct sunlight.
  • For storage, it is recommended to place the robot in its original transport case.
