13. After‑Sales Warranty


Warranty Policy

  • The product is covered by warranty from the date of receipt. The warranty only covers non‑man‑made performance failures.

  • During the warranty period, free repair or component replacement is provided.

  • Main warranty periods are as follows:

  • Any unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair (including but not limited to opening the casing, adding/removing hardware, flashing non‑official firmware) will be deemed as a voluntary waiver of warranty rights.

Non‑Warranty Conditions

  • Issues occurring after the warranty period expires.
  • Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow the User Manual.
  • Damage due to misoperation, dropping, water ingress, impact, or any other man‑made or accidental factors.
  • Problems caused by disassembly, repair, or part replacement performed by personnel not authorized by the Company.

Repair Service Responsibilities

  • If loss is caused by an incorrect shipping address or recipient refusal, the user shall be responsible.
  • If, after inspection, the Company confirms a quality issue, it will cover inspection fees, material costs, and return shipping costs.
  • If the issue does not meet warranty conditions, the user may choose:
    • Paid repair (including labor, inspection, materials, and shipping); or
    • Return of the original unit (return shipping at user’s expense).
  • Product repair may result in data loss. Please back up data in advance; otherwise, the user shall bear any consequences arising therefrom.
  • Repair may involve system operations and log collection; by requesting repair, you are deemed to have authorized the Company to access such information.
  • During the warranty period, replaced defective parts become the property of the Company, and the new parts become the property of the user. After the warranty period, replaced defective parts remain the property of the user.
  • The Company does not authorize any third party to provide repair services. For any after‑sales needs, please contact the Company directly.
